Art Therapy for Kids
January 13 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Has social media and other factors left your child feeling anxious? Help them process their emotions in our art therapy class. In this six-week, one-hour class we will complete guided visual meditations that promote reflection and relaxation. All materials and supplies are included. This is an opportunity to decompress, identify and process emotions.
