Alchemy Art: Water and Stillness
This immersive experience blends restorative heat, invigorating cold, and gentle movement with creative art expression. You will experience a cold plunge, heated sauna and participate in a guided plein air art (drawing a landscape from life) experience. This mind and body experience is taking place at the beautiful SOHO Sauna at Soldier Hollow. Enjoy intentional movement, artistic exploration, and the healing power of nature.
