Art Therapy Workshop
February 17 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Are you feeling stuck? Ready to gain some additional perspective? Join our new art therapy class. Give yourself or a loved one the gift of some self-care and relaxation. In this four-week, 1-hour class, we will complete guided visual meditations that promote reflection and relaxation. All materials and supplies are included.
