December 2025 Newsletter

December is packed with holiday concerts, performances, and community celebrations across Wasatch County, and we’re excited to help you find them. This month’s calendar is full of ways to support local artists, enjoy seasonal traditions, and make time for the arts with your friends and family.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’d love your input on what you want to see more of from the Arts Council—workshops, concerts, youth programs, public art, collaborations, something we haven’t thought of yet. Hit reply to this email and let us know what’s been meaningful to you this year and what you hope we can bring to the valley next. Let’s keep building this arts community together.

This month, we’re shining our spotlight on the Wasatch County Library Community Concert Series—a monthly, family-friendly music series that brings local performers and neighbors together for free at the library.

Hosted by the Wasatch County Library, this series highlights musicians across genres and ages, offering accessible, high-quality musical performances that are free to attend. Each concert creates an intimate listening environment where audiences can connect with local artists and experience live music up close.

The series stands out for its focus on local talent and its commitment to keeping live music accessible. Each concert offers a chance to slow down, connect, and enjoy great performances close to home.

In December, the library celebrates the season with a performance by Alissa Amundsen & Anamae Anderson, featuring holiday classics and winter favorites arranged for harp. Their thoughtful harp arrangements and holiday repertoire make this December program feel especially fitting.

Catch the December concert on Thursday, December 26 from 6:00–7:00 PM at the Wasatch County Library.
